I see the label was created. No worries, it should be updating soon. Customer: "No worries"? I've spent my hard-earned money and you can't even tell me where my package is. Can you contact the courier to find out? CS Rep: I apologize for the inconvenience, but I do not have a way to do that. The system shows it is processing and you will receive an update once it ships. Customer: That's unacceptable. You're a business, you can't contact your own shipping partner? This feels like a boldfaced lie. I want a real update, not a scripted response. CS Rep: I am very sorry, but that is all the information I have at the moment. We appreciate your patience.
